Large cottonwood tree that was growing right an incline adjacent to the lake. Homeowners association did not want the tree in the water so it had to be pieced down one limb at a time. The homeowner had reached out to several tree services, none of whom wanted to take a crack at bringing it down. The split you can see in the before picture is hollow on the other side (see our facebook page for a video of the split). I could fit my entire arm inside of the tree (fully outstretched, fingertips to shoulder). It was one of the most difficult trees I have removed to date. There was limited space between houses, air-conditioning units, and the lake. It was too far away from the street for a crane to reach, there wasn't even enough room for a skid steer to slide between houses to assist in carrying out the wood.
