Did some work on a pair of queen palms.  One healthy palm in need of a trim and the other had started rotting from the base. It was so soft at the bottom you could push your finger all the way into the base of the tree. After trimming the first palm, I moved over and pieced down the smaller unhealthy palm. With the unhealthy palm removed, the homeowners can feel more comfortable mowing the grass and parking in the driveway.
